I cut out a skirt with just exactly the right amount of fabric. Until I realized that I needed four, not just two, pieces for the sides. And, I have no more fabric. None.
Sigh.
I did get this t-shirt done, using fold-over elastic again. It was a little easier than my first attempt, but not until I was done did I realize it could have been easier if I had sewn it into a circle first. Duh.
But, I like the shirt! Yay! It's a lighter green than this photo, but we're having rather severe storms here today, making the house rather dim.
I'm working on another t-shirt now. Had to "un-sew" my very first construction stitches.
Sigh. Again.
So, here I am plunking around on the the computer rather than at my sewing machine.
I'll get back there, soon. Soon.
But, not quite yet.

Nice top! I can't get enough of tee shirts like that one. I hope your mojo comes back!
Some days are like that!
I think your mojo's been visiting Corrie. She's had more than usual lately. ;)
Nice! Earl says I should get a shirt made that says . . "I rip what I sew"! That's why sewing is soooo time consuming for me these days. LOL!
