Finally!!! Geesh....

I started on this dress for Violet early in the year. It was to be her birthday dress, then a not-very-Easter dress, and now it's become a just-because-I-love-you dress. I can't remember when it's taken me so long to finish a project. We had all sorts of things going on earlier in the year, so that's my excuse.
When I went to visit my daughter right before Faith was born, I needed a project for the trip home. I hate to sit and do nothing on a 5-hour flight. Rachel gave me an extra skein of yarn and a hook, and I downloaded a pattern. Months later, this is what I had:

I have been working on layouts nearly every day, but they are for a "surprise" project for the grands (the parents know, so it's not really a surprise.) When I get them all done, I'll upload. I don't want to get too distracted.... again!
