Isn't she just the sweetest thing??? Rose Marie, our newest granddaughter, arrived Friday, August 15, weighing in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces and 20 and a half inches long. She decided that she was done and made her entrance two weeks early, catching everyone by surprise. But, in a good way!
I had been working on this blanket for a months, picking it up, setting it down, picking it up... I finally just made myself sit still long enough to actually finish it. And, am I glad I did! Finished it just barely in time for her early appearance.
