Well, the truth is, that I haven't learned how to make boys' clothes as fun as little girls' clothes. Really, it's rather quick and easy to add a bit of ribbon or a touch of lace. But, that won't do for Silas, if I ever want to be able to see him again.
So, here's the plain truth:

And, then the fun began...
I remembered a blog post I had seen a while back about "drool catchers." Now, if there's a kid out there who needs a drool catcher more then my dear Silas, I'd be flabbergasted. The kid is a super-drooler. A faucet. In his defense, he's teething, but...
So, I made two of these, one in denim, to be manly, and one in camouflage, to hide the drool, you see.
Lined in flannel, snap closure on the back.
Now, isn't that cuter than a bib?

I was thinking about how clever you are, and I realized I never complimented you! I love the drool catchers. Cute, boyish, and oh-so-practical.
